Job Overview

FracSpace is seeking a Junior Architect to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As a Junior Architect, you will be involved in various architectural projects and support the senior architects in the design and execution of innovative real estate solutions that align with our company's values and goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Revit for designing and modeling architectural projects (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with SketchUp to create detailed 3D architectural models (Mandatory skill).
• Strong 3D Modeling skills to visualize and plan architectural features and enhancements (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to use AutoCAD for creating precise and accurate architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for rendering and enhancing architectural presentations.
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to streamline project collaboration and management.
• Skilled in Blueprint Reading to interpret and understand architectural plans and specifications.
• Basic understanding of Sustainable Design principles to incorporate eco-friendly solutions in projects.
