The ideal candidate will contribute to the architectural design and development of our properties, focusing on innovation and functionality. The Junior Architect will collaborate closely with teams to enhance our real estate projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in architectural design techniques and methods for creating detailed plans and models to enhance our fractional ownership offerings.
• Must have skills in Revit (Mandatory Skill) for efficient building information modeling and design process management in architectural projects.
• Exceptional skills in Sketchup (Mandatory Skill) are essential for creating accurate and detailed 3D models that aid in visualizing design concepts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes to ensure compliance with regulations, enhancing the safety and sustainability of our projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD required for precise and effective drafting of architectural designs and modifications to existing plans.
• Strong project management skills to oversee the architectural process, including planning, design, and execution, ensuring timely project completion.
• Experience with 3D modeling software to enhance visual presentations of architectural plans, improving communication and design decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to present designs, gather feedback, and adjust plans to incorporate input.
