Job Overview

Fracspace is seeking a motivated and talented Junior HR professional to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in Human Resources. The Junior HR role involves handling key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and implementing HR policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of employee relations and ability to foster a positive work environment (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies in compliance with legal regulations (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of performance management processes to ensure employee contributions align with company objectives.
• Ability to design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Competency in managing compensation and benefits to motivate and retain employees.
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and the ability to maintain employee records efficiently.
• Familiarity with labor law compliance to ensure all HR practices meet regulatory requirements.
