Job Overview

FracSpace is seeking a Junior IT Administrator to join our Hyderabad team. This is a full-time role suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and security of our systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Database management experience is required to ensure the integrity and availability of company data (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in system administration tasks to maintain and support hardware and software systems (Mandatory skill).
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Basic programming skills to support and automate IT operations and processes.
• Networking expertise to manage and optimize network infrastructure and connectivity.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles to protect company’s IT assets and sensitive data.
• Experience in cloud computing to manage and secure virtual environments and services.
• Knowledge of IT project management to lead and implement technology projects effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, network devices, and user workstations.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT security protocols to ensure data protection.
• Conduct routine system audits and software updates to maintain system health.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize IT infrastructure and improve system performance.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to support business objectives.
• Provide technical support and training to staff, promoting IT best practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance IT operations, recommending solutions as needed.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to maintain essential IT services.
