Job Overview

FracSpace Private Limited is seeking vibrant and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Food Servers in Hyderabad. This full-time position is perfect for freshers with up to 1-year experience. As a Food Server, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service and satisfaction for our clients. Enthusiasm for customer interaction and an understanding of food safety are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen staff
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a food server or in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
