The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in spa therapy and wellness services. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a spa therapist with at least 1 year in a similar role providing wellness treatments and customer service.
• Proficiency in a variety of body treatments such as massages, facials, waxing, and manicures/pedicures.
• Exceptional communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention through high-quality service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently to meet client schedules.
• Excellent understanding of hygiene protocols and health standards required in spa environments.
• Ability to analyze client needs and tailor treatments that address specific concerns.
• Must have a passion for wellness and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in financial skills such as budgeting and forecasting for spa services to optimize the customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of spa services including body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify their needs and suggest appropriate treatments to enhance their spa experience.
• Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products, ensuring health and safety standards are met consistently.
• Uphold Spa hygiene standards and follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the spa and wellness industry to provide cutting-edge services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and meet spa revenue targets.
• Assist in the development and execution of spa service offerings and promotional activities.
