We are searching for a CRM Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, junior position requires candidates with 1-3 years of experience. The successful candidate will leverage their skills in customer relationship management to drive growth and foster client relations within the real estate sector, helping execute both business and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Zoho CRM (Mandatory skill) to manage and improve client interactions and streamline business operations.
• Expertise in customer relationship management (Mandatory skill) to ensure effective client engagement and satisfaction.
• Experience with Propertybase to manage real estate transactions and customer data efficiently.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM for maintaining detailed customer and sales records and fostering communication.
• Strong skills in lead management, helping to track and evaluate sales leads and customer inquiries effectively.
• Ability to conduct customer data analysis to identify trends and insights to improve customer experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and visualize data for reports and decision-making processes.
• Capability to develop strategic plans focused on expanding market presence and meeting business objectives in diverse markets.
