Job Overview
FracSpace Private Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Head to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position with a required work experience of 7 to 10 years. The ideal candidate will lead the strategic direction of our business, ensuring sustained growth and expansion in both new and existing markets. The Business Head will play a vital role in achieving our company's objectives by leveraging their expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and market analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in leadership roles, with a focus on strategic planning and business growth (Mandatory skill).
- Strong ability to conduct detailed market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, ensuring sound budgeting, reporting, and financial decision-making.
- Proficiency in business development strategies to increase market presence and revenue streams.
- Effective decision-making skills with the capacity to guide and influence strategic business decisions.
- Experienced in team management, including mentoring team members to enhance individual and collective performance.
- Proven sales background with the capability to partner with talent acquisition to recruit top sales professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
