Job Overview


As the Business Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing the overall operations of Fracspace. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in a senior management position and will be based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a key strength in identifying and closing deals
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Previous experience in a senior management position
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define and implement business goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and partners
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
