Job Overview: 

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer or Graphic Designer with experience in the e-commerce/Saas industry to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user-centered design, visual design, and a deep understanding of e-commerce/Saas best practices. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create engaging, intuitive, and seamless shopping experiences across all digital platforms. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Design & Prototyping: Create high-quality wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual designs for desktop, mobile, and app interfaces that enhance user experience and drive e-commerce conversion. 

 User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B tests to gather feedback and insights. Use these findings to iterate on designs. 

 UI Development: Develop visually appealing UI components, adhering to brand guidelines, with attention to usability, accessibility, and responsive design. 

 Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to define design requirements and deliver engaging user experiences. 

 Graphic Design: Design compelling banners, advertisements, landing pages, and promotional materials for product launches, sales campaigns, and social media channels. 

 UX Optimization: Continuously improve the user experience through data analysis, heat maps, customer feedback, and emerging UX/UI trends specific to e-commerce. 

 Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints. 

 Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a scalable design system and component libraries.

Requirements: 

 Experience: 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer or graphic designer, preferably in the e-commerce/Saas industry. 

 Skills: 

o Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools. 

o Strong knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, InVision, or similar). 

o Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and user-centered design practices. 

o Experience working with front-end development teams and an understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities. 

o Knowledge of A/B testing, user research methodologies, and usability testing tools. 

o Ability to design mobile-first and create responsive layouts. 

 Creativity & Problem-Solving: Excellent creativity in solving complex user experience challenges and improving conversion rates in an e-commerce environment. 

 Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. 

 Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design or graphic design work within e-commerce platforms or similar industries. 

Nice-to-Haves: 

 Experience with animation or motion graphics. 

 Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) for user behavior analysis. 

 Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
