*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to generate leads, promote products/services, and build relationships. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Sales and Lead Generation:*
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to generate leads and promote products/services
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and interests
- Build relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
*Customer Service:*
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products/services
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty
*Communication and Interpersonal Skills:*
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
*Data Entry and Record-Keeping:*
- Accurately enter customer data and interactions into CRM software
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and lead generation
*Training and Development:*
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales, customer service, and product knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
*Performance Metrics:*
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Achieve customer satisfaction targets
- Maintain high call quality and productivity standards
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
*Requirements:*
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Previous experience working with CRM software
