Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the e-commerce or SaaS industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about building innovative, customer-focused products that drive growth and user engagement. You will lead the product development process from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver top-tier solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business goals. Drive the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business impact.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities in the e-commerce/SaaS space.
  • Product Development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product specifications, create user stories, and ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and insights to inform product improvements and enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer success teams, to ensure the product aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Feature Prioritization: Use data-driven methodologies to prioritize product features and enhancements, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
  • Product Launch: Lead product launches by coordinating with marketing, customer support, and sales teams to ensure seamless releases and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Product Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance post-launch through metrics and KPIs, and iterate on product features based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Agile Practices: Manage the product lifecycle using Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and working closely with development teams.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the e-commerce or SaaS industry.

Tools:

  • Product Management Tools: Experience using tools like JiraTrello, or Asana to manage product roadmaps and development cycles.
  • Customer Feedback Tools: Familiarity with customer feedback collection tools such as IntercomZendesk, or Typeform to gather insights.
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency with analytics tools like Google AnalyticsMixpanel, or Amplitude for tracking user engagement and product performance.
  • Wireframing/Prototyping: Experience with design tools like FigmaSketch, or Adobe XD to collaborate on wireframes and prototypes.
  • Communication Tools: Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools like SlackZoom, and Confluence for internal and external communication.

Skills:

  • Product Development: Strong understanding of product development processes, including experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to advocate for customers, using research and data to inform product decisions.
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of business metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and churn rate, and how these impact product decisions.
  • Technical Understanding: A solid technical foundation to work effectively with engineering teams, with the ability to understand APIs, databases, and software architecture.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and metrics to drive product decisions and prioritize tasks.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely or VWO to run experiments and validate product changes.
  • Knowledge of SQL for querying data directly from databases to analyze trends and inform product decisions.
  • Experience working with UX/UI design teams to improve the user experience through design thinking methodologies.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and manage multiple stakeholders.
