Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing with expertise in B2B Pharma Marketplace or B2B SaaS Platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will be skilled in running effective digital campaigns, optimizing online presence, and analysing data to continuously improve marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Digital Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
- Design and manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the platform and generate quality leads.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous optimization for the best ROI.

· SEO & SEM:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for relevant keywords in the B2B Pharma Marketplace or B2B SaaS space.
- Manage SEM efforts, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
- Continuously optimize website content, metadata, and backlinks to enhance search visibility and increase lead generation.
· Content Marketing & Strategy:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and product descriptions, that resonate with the target audience.
- Create and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of relevant content for digital campaigns and social media.
- Leverage content marketing to build thought leadership and industry authority for the platform.
· Social Media Marketing:
- Manage and grow the platform’s social media presence across key channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Create and curate content to drive engagement, promote products, and generate leads.
- Track social media performance and audience engagement, making adjustments to strategy as needed.
· Email Marketing & Automation:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
- Use email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) to create segmented campaigns and personalized email journeys for different customer segments.
- Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and optimize for better results.
· Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM analytics to monitor the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Provide regular reports to the marketing manager and senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
· Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
- Develop lead generation strategies through landing pages, webinars, gated content, and other digital assets.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve the efficiency of lead capture forms, calls-to-action (CTAs), and user experience.
- Work with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and track their progress through the sales funnel.
· Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies in the B2B Pharma and SaaS sectors.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to differentiate the platform and improve marketing efforts.
- Use insights to refine audience targeting and campaign strategies.
Requirements:
· Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B Pharma Marketplace or B2B SaaS platforms.
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
· Skills:
- Digital Campaign Management: Expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- SEO & SEM: Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Content Marketing: Ability to collaborate with content teams to create valuable and engaging content that supports marketing objectives.
- Social Media: Experience in managing social media profiles, creating content, and growing engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Proficient in email marketing tools and techniques, with experience in segmentation, personalization, and email drip campaigns.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM analytics to measure and report on campaign success.
· Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of web analytics and tag management for tracking conversions and improving user experience.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and optimize digital strategies.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
