Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Fox Aircomm Private Limited. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities. This is a full-time role with a focus on expanding our client base and maximizing revenue. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development and a strong understanding of the IT industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship building abilities
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by effectively promoting our services and closing deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company and network with potential clients
