Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Fox Aircomm Private Limited. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities. This is a full-time role with a focus on expanding our client base and maximizing revenue. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development and a strong understanding of the IT industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs by effectively promoting our services and closing deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company and network with potential clients
