Synopsis

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in

.NET Core MVC development and expertise in the Warehouse Management System

(WMS) domain.

• The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of relevant experience, including a proven track

record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions. Experience

with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is essential for this role, as the candidate will be

responsible for integrating cloud services into our WMS application.

A Day in your life

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts,

and other developers, to understand business requirements and translate them into

technical solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET Core MVC applications within the

Warehouse Management System domain.

• Implement efficient and reusable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards,

to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Utilize your expertise in AWS services to architect, develop, and integrate cloud-based

components, such as storage, databases, authentication, and serverless functions.

• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the reliability and functionality of

developed features.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack, identifying and resolving

bugs and performance bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes and ensure

continuous integration and delivery pipelines are efficient and reliable.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within

the .NET, AWS, and WMS domains, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and

improvement.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, sharing your technical expertise

and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

• Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and improvement suggestions to maintain code quality and consistency.

Skills in the spotlight

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Master's degree is a plus.

• 3 to 8 years years of professional software development experience, with a focus

on .NET Core MVC applications.

• Strong understanding of the Warehouse Management System domain, including

concepts like inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes.

• Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services like EC2,

S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and more.

• Proficiency in C# programming language and hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core

MVC framework.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern

JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Solid understanding of database design and implementation, particularly with

SQL Server or other relational databases.

• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively interact with

various stakeholders.

• Prior experience in mentoring junior developers is a plus.
