Qualifications and Skills

Proven 5+ years of experience in home textile design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercially successful designs.

Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

In-depth knowledge of home textile materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing processes.

Ability to interpret market trends and customer preferences and translate them into unique and appealing designs.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a design team.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for color, texture, and pattern.

Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus.
