RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and support Network security team, implementation of Network Security projects like ZTNA, Virtual & perimeter firewalls.
• Collaborate with other security and IT teams including IT infrastructure, OT Engineering, Application teams to implement and enforce Network security policies.
• Proactively monitor network traffic for anomalies and security breaches, identifying and mitigating potential threats.
• Continuously improve and execute incident response plans for security breaches for Network Security related incidents.
• Continuously review and improve network architecture to ensure network security standard is integrated with new and existing infrastructure and application implementations.
• Investigate security incidents with Network Security tools and provide detailed reports on the findings.
• Design, plan and perform Network Penetration testing and remediate identified Network Security gaps.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of security configurations, policies, and procedures and generate reports as required.
• Conducting security audits and assessments.
• Vulnerability and fault management on Network Security devices and tools.
• Any other Network Security tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Network Security.
• Bachelor of Engineering or related educational degree.
• Certified in Network Security tools. Examples include but are not limited to CCNP – Security, PCNS etc.
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols and technologies, such as Firewall (Palo Alto and Cisco), IPS/IDS (Palo Alto), NAC (Forescout), Network discovery (Forescout) and Network vulnerability management (Rapid7).
• Experience working with Security incident response.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
