Qualifications and Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in MERN stack development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript
• Experience with MongoDB and cloud-based development
• Knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Familiarity with work breakdown structure (WBS) and design patterns
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
