Job Overview

The Export Documentation Executive will be responsible for handling all aspects of export documentation and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and knowledge of export procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in export documentation
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents to arrange and track export shipments
• Verify accuracy of export documents and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain records of export transactions and documentation for audit purposes
• Provide support and assistance to sales team in preparing export quotations and contracts
• Communicate with customers and provide updates on shipment status and documentation
• Stay up to date with changes in export regulations and implement necessary changes in documentation processes
