• · Day-to-Day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• · Plan the work efficiently and organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• · Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• · Organizing the materials as per the needs.
• · Make sure that site measurements details are accurate.
• · Properly maintaining the drawing details.
• · Self-motivated front runner with good training, coaching, and felicitation skills.
• · To check up Daily work schedule status
• · Vehicle arrangement as per the need occurs.
• · Supervise and coordinate the field work.
• · Follow up materials until delivered properly.
• · Responsible for the quality of the works at site.
• · Taking responsible for site work maintenance and drawing checking’s.
