Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our team at Forar Tech India Private Limited. As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of data visualization concepts and possess strong technical skills to transform complex data into insightful visualizations.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Power BI Developer
• Strong knowledge of the BI Stack, including SSRS, T-SQL, Power query, MDX, and DAX
• Experience with ETL processes and data modeling
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective visualizations
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Prior experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements
• Build data models and optimize queries for efficient data retrieval
• Implement data transformation and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Create interactive visualizations using advanced Power BI features
• Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing Power BI solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Power BI developers

Education and Experience:

• MCA, BE IT/CS or equivalent Information Technology knowledge
• 3+ years of Power BI experience is must.
• Experience in PowerBI Administration is preferrable.
