Job Overview

Forar Tech India Private Limited is seeking a talented Power BI Developer to join our team in Coimbatore. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI, BI Stack, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). You will work closely with our clients to gather requirements, analyze data, and create interactive visualizations and reports to help them make informed business decisions. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 10 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, BI Stack, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Proficiency in T-SQL and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Experience working with Power query, measures, and DAX expressions.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Power BI reports and dashboards for business users.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
• Optimize data models and queries for performance and efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation for all aspects of the Power BI solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and functionality to propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with other developers and data engineers to integrate Power BI with other systems and data sources.
• Train business users on how to effectively use and interpret Power BI reports and dashboards.
