Head of Projects (Innovation, R&D & Turnkey)

We are looking for a Head– Projects (Innovation, R&D & Turnkey) to lead, strategize, and revolutionize the way food products are developed and manufactured. If you are a visionary leader with 12-15 years of experience (including 5-7 years in a leadership role), this is your opportunity to make an impact! 

🔍 Who are we looking for? 

• B. E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech in Food Technology / Food Process Engineering / Chemical Engineering (MBA is a plus!). 
• A proven leader with a strong track record in innovation, product launches, and manufacturing excellence. 
• A strategic thinker who can manage cross-functional teams, build partnerships, and drive business success. 
• A data-driven decision-maker with excellent project management and organizational skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

🔹 Innovation & Product Development: 

Lead the development of market-driven food innovations. 

Develop a product roadmap balancing consumer needs & quality. 

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to commercialization. 

🔹 Manufacturing & Operations: 

Spearhead turnkey manufacturing setups, vendor finalization & machinery selection. 

Conduct feasibility studies, OPEX & CAPEX estimations, breakeven analysis & ROI projections. 

Ensure quality, safety & regulatory compliance in manufacturing processes. 

🔹 Cross-Functional Leadership: 

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Branding & Operations for successful product launches. 

Build strategic partnerships with vendors & third-party manufacturers. 

Foster a culture of innovation, leadership & mentorship. 

🔹 Business & Strategy Execution: 

Strengthen customer relationships through technical expertise & trust-building. 

Monitor performance metrics to ensure projects are on time & within budget. 

Use data-driven strategies to optimize product development & efficiency.
