Qualifications and Skills

BRAND/CREATIVE STRATEGIST

• Possess Bachelor / Master degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or relevant field

• Minimum 3 + Years of Solid experience in Creative designing with a strong portfolio showcasing Strategic design solutions, Design thinking methodologies and Human-centered design principles

• Expertise in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma with deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition

• Preference will be given for FMCG candidates

• Strong strategical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable design strategies is required

• Develop innovative brand strategies to enhance brand presence and drive marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and positioning
• Create compelling visual and written content for brand campaigns and communication materials
