Experience: 0-0.6months. • Understand client requisitions and identify potential candidates from the available sources- Internal Database/ATS, Job boards, Social Media, Headhunting and many more. •

Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.

Responsibilities: • Able to deliver and manage the deliveries in time

• Able work in a flexible environment\Startup Enthusiast Requirements:

• Good Knowledge on databases like Naukri, Linkedin, Monster etc.

• Passionate, Matured IT recruiters

• Manage End to End recruitment.

• Performing reference and background checks

. • Skype interviews to validate candidates IDs.

• Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.

• Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of Staffing business

. • Target oriented and have a Go- getter attitude

. • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.

Preliminary Sourcing/screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement Conduct initial HR Screening (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc.

Required to source candidates from job portals & Social Media Flexible to extend to meet daily targets Basic Excel skills Good verbal and written communication.
