Job Overview
FLY Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated Junior Technical Chat Process Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or any bpo process. The role involves delivering exceptional service to our clients, utilising effective communication skills to resolve queries through chat support while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated customer service expertise, with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide clear and concise information to clients.
- Empathy and patience to handle challenging situations and offer support to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Experience working in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments, with an emphasis on international voice support.
- Proficiency in managing chat support systems, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Familiarity with BPO practices and procedures, enhancing service delivery through standardized processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, handling multiple chat interactions simultaneously without compromising quality.
