Designation:- Senior Associate - Non Voice (WORK FROM THE OFFICE)

Location:- Hi-tech City

Experience: Min 1 year to 5+ years exp

Qualification:-  Any graduate.

Package: 3,30,000/- LPA to 4,00,000 Per Annum + Incentives extra

5-day work (2 rotational week offs).

Job type: Full-time

Shift Timings:- Night shift only

Cab:- 2 way - available

Eligibility:-  Any graduate with 1-year experience  are eligible along with good communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

·        Good written and verbal communication skills in English

·        Proactive and positive approach to tasks.

·        Monitoring & Moderating user generated content, enforcing community guidelines and ensuring platform safety.

·        Emotionally strong in nature, should be able to withstand inappropriate content with maturity and professionalism.

·        Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.

·        Experience using internet websites and social communication tools.

·        Should be able to follow policies & procedures diligently as prescribed by the business.

·        Excellent time Management skills.
