Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of International Voice Process with Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience. This is a Full-Time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in international voice process
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle customers with empathy and professionalism
• Good typing skills and computer literacy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends
• Prior experience in credit and collection will be an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international voice process including inbound and outbound calls
• Listen to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Respond to customer queries regarding product information, pricing, and technical support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
