Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior-level professional for the role of International Chat Process at our Pune location. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. - Proven experience in managing international chat processes to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong chat process skills to proficiently handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency in semi-voice processes offering a balanced approach combining chat and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating reliability and professionalism in assisting international customers and meeting their needs.
- Skillful in live chat systems, providing real-time support and improving customer satisfaction by utilizing technology effectively.
- Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact clearly and professionally with international clients.
- Efficiency in multitasking within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed, with a strong drive for continuous improvement and learning.
- International Chat Process (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in handling chat operations with international clients to ensure smooth and efficient communication.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly via international chat processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring prompt responses and follow-through to resolution for all customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details, complaints, or comments to improve customer experiences.
