Job Overview

FLY Consulting Services is seeking a Customer Support professional to join our team. As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English & Kannada / Malayalam / Telugu
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in customer support roles

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
• Assisting customers with product information and usage guidance
• Handling customer complaints and escalating to the appropriate department if needed
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
