Qualifications and Skills

• Good communication skills in Telugu and English
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
• Strong convincing and persuasive skills
• Own laptop and high-speed internet connection
• Willingness to work in shifts as per the company's requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone
• Assist customers with their product and service inquiries, resolving issues and providing accurate information
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions
• Document customer interactions and update customer records with relevant information
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security
