  • Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
  • Identify Potential Candidates: Find professionals who are on the bench and match the skills and experience required by clients.
  • Screen Resumes: Evaluate resumes and profiles to ensure they meet the client’s requirements.


  • Client Engagement:
  • Understand Client Needs: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, project requirements, and job descriptions.
  • Present Candidates: Market the bench candidates to potential clients by preparing and presenting detailed profiles.


  • Relationship Management:
  • Build Relationships with Candidates: Maintain regular communication with bench candidates to understand their career goals and preferences.
  • Develop Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with client organizations to ensure ongoing business and trust.


  • Negotiation and Placement:
  • Negotiate Terms: Work with both clients and candidates to negotiate rates, terms of employment, and other contractual details.
  • Facilitate Placement: Oversee the placement process, ensuring that all agreements are finalized and that the candidate starts in their new role smoothly.


  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up with industry trends and market demands to better position candidates.
  • Analyze Competitor Activities: Understand the competitive landscape to better strategize and place candidates.
  • Monitor Placements: Track the performance of placed candidates and gather feedback from clients to improve future placements.
  • Evaluate Recruitment Strategies: Assess and adjust recruiting strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.


  • Skills and Qualities: Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and candidates.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms effectively with both candidates and clients.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
