- Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Identify Potential Candidates: Find professionals who are on the bench and match the skills and experience required by clients.
- Screen Resumes: Evaluate resumes and profiles to ensure they meet the client’s requirements.
- Client Engagement:
- Understand Client Needs: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, project requirements, and job descriptions.
- Present Candidates: Market the bench candidates to potential clients by preparing and presenting detailed profiles.
- Relationship Management:
- Build Relationships with Candidates: Maintain regular communication with bench candidates to understand their career goals and preferences.

- Negotiation and Placement:
