Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a Senior UI-UX Designer who would be responsible for collecting, researching, investigating, and evaluating user requirements and converting them to high fidelity prototypes. This person would be responsible for delivering an outstanding user experience by providing an exceptional and intuitive application design.

● Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

● Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

● Work with the project managers to come up with user interface elements in accordance with brand guidelines.

● Be comfortable with A/B testing providing shortlisted options for elements.

● Develop UI mockups and clickable prototypes to clearly illustrate how your ideas function.

● Customize/create icons as needed be following our brand guidelines.

● Prepare and present drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

● Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, visual feedback)

● Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

● Adhere to UCD standards on fonts, colors, and images. Skills Required:

● A minimum of 4 years of formal industry/professional experience as a web/mobile designer.

● Solid portfolio demonstrating design savvy.

● Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography.

● Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS and Android.

● Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)

● Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Figma/Sketch, Zeplin, AdobeXD, Marvel etc.

● Excellent interpersonal skills.

● Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
