We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager from Marine and Corporate Travel background to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our travel portal. Responsibilities: • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for our travel portal, aligning with the overall business objectives. • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for product improvement. • Feature Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features, ensuring the delivery of a user-friendly and competitive product. • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis. • User Experience: Advocate for a seamless and enjoyable user experience, working closely with UX/UI designers. • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and teams. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, continuously optimizing the product based on user feedback and performance metrics. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the travel industry. • Strong understanding of travel portal technologies and trends. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
