Job Title: Product Analyst - Travel Portal Location: Mumbai About Us: JOCO Ventures LLP is the ecommerce arm of Fly Hi which is a leading player in the travel industry, committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst from marine and or corporate travel background to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of our travel portal. Candidate having past experience of working with online travel portals or GDS like MMT, Cleat Trip, Amadeus etc, will be preferred. Responsibilities: • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to user behavior, product performance, and market dynamics. • User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback, surveys, and reviews to understand user needs and preferences. • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor products and features to stay informed about industry trends and maintain a competitive edge. • Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with product managers and development teams to prioritize features based on data-driven insights and business objectives. • Reporting: Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics. • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new features and improvements. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and development, to ensure a cohesive product strategy. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in the travel industry specifically in Marine Travel • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Familiarity with product management processes and methodologies.
