Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development, Sales Executive to join our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, securing new corporate clients, and ensuring profitable outcomes for the company. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering tailored solutions in the MICE and tourism industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development efforts by identifying and acquiring new clients within the corporate and travel sectors.
  • Leverage your extensive knowledge of MICE sales, contracting, global travel, and events to offer strategic solutions to clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiation, procurement, and closing deals.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to effectively position the company’s services and solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Utilize your expertise in strategic sourcing, budget management, and cost optimization to enhance profitability.
  • Drive corporate partnerships and collaborate on event planning for conferences, incentives, and exhibitions.


Key Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 18 years of experience in MICE sales, contracting, and global travel events.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven expertise in negotiation, sales, strategic sourcing, budget management, and procurement within the corporate and tourism industries.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of market trends, destination strategies, and channel management.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with a track record of delivering profitable solutions.
  • Personality: A resourceful, innovative, and highly respected team player who excels in a fast-paced environment.
