Key Responsibilities:

·       Fluency in multiple languages beneficial, depending on the company's international markets.

·       Develop and implement import and export strategies to meet the company's business objectives.

·       Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods between suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and customers.

·       Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations, trade laws, and documentation requirements.

·       Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers to secure favorable terms and pricing for import/export transactions.

·       Monitor and analyze market trends, tariffs, and trade policies to identify opportunities and risks.

·       Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, purchasing, and finance to optimize supply chain operations.

·       Maintain relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.

·       Manage the preparation and submission of import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

·       Resolve any issues or delays related to customs clearance, transportation, or delivery of goods.

·       Implement measures to minimize import/export costs while maximizing efficiency and profitability.

·       Stay informed about changes in international trade regulations, tariffs, and sanctions, and advise management on potential impacts.

Qualifications:

-       Bachelor's degree in business, international trade, logistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

-       Proven experience in import/export operations, preferably in a managerial role.

-       Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.

-       Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

-       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data.

-       Proficiency in using trade management software and MS Office applications.

-       Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

-       Strong leadership and team management skills.

-       Certification in customs brokerage or supply chain management is a plus.
