Job Description

• Arranging travel accommodations Domestic and International

• Handling the hotel reservation desk and responding to client request for hotel rates on email / whatsapp

• Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information.

• Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines, for group packages and hotels.

• Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel.

• Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, Bus rentals and coordinating activities.

• Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms.

• Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise.

• Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services available in market

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduation with Diploma in Travel & Tourism

• Must haves:

• At least 5 years’ experience in Hotel Travel Industry – reservation desk

• Email correspondence and through knowledge of hotel reservations.

• Ethics and Professionalism

• Proficient in MS Office

• Fluency in English Language

• Must have experience in handling a wide variety of specialized travel requirements.

• Has to be well aware about the geographical conditions
