Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in the logistics industry to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will focus on sales, customer service, and building relationships within the freight forwarding sector, managing both imports and exports across various transport modes (FCL, LCL, and Air).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the freight forwarding industry.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Drive sales for freight forwarding solutions, including Full Container Load (FCL), Less than Container Load (LCL), and air freight services.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in both the import and export markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of shipments.
• Understand and communicate the full range of logistics services to potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth in the Bangalore market.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in logistics, with a focus on freight forwarding, import/export, FCL, LCL, and air freight.
• Language: Fluency in the local language (Kannada) is essential. Proficiency in English and Hindi will be advantageous.
• Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Industry Knowledge: A thorough understanding of freight forwarding processes, including customer service protocols and market trends.
