Profile -Social Media Manager 

Salary - 30k to +40k

Location - Janakpuri New Delhi

Experience - 3 to 5 year Manager experience 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers
• Develops social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directs promotional support.
• Maintains relations with customers (Retailers & Dealers) by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
• Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market trends.
• Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
• Completes social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees task to make reels and follow our channels, pages etc.
• Maintains social media marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, training, and managing employees.
• Research competitors’ pricing and products
•  Decide on appropriate placement of ads
• Determine what content will reach customers
• Measure digital traffic
• Monitor social media and Google Analytics    
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools

Requirements:-

Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
