Exp: Minimum of 8 years in a sales management – Developers, Real Estate Companies Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering + MBA

Salary: 6 LPA -8 LPA.

  • Proven expertise in sales strategy development and execution to drive business growth and enhance client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term partnerships (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to identify and address client needs effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide sales teams towards achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques to close deals efficiently while maintaining profitable relationships.
  • Experience in sales forecasting to predict sales trends and implement appropriate strategies for achieving objectives.
  • Strong market analysis capabilities to assess competition, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
