- Proven expertise in sales strategy development and execution to drive business growth and enhance client relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Strong customer relationship management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term partnerships (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to identify and address client needs effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide sales teams towards achieving targets.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to close deals efficiently while maintaining profitable relationships.
- Experience in sales forecasting to predict sales trends and implement appropriate strategies for achieving objectives.
- Strong market analysis capabilities to assess competition, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
- Excellent communication skills to present and articulate ideas clearly to internal teams and external clients.

- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded through effective planning and execution.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive business growth in the HR services sector.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the HR services industry.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive HR solutions that meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasting, and client feedback to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations to maintain ethical and professional standards.
