Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Salary- 4 to 6LPA
Experience- 2 to 4 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation- Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities. Utilize various methods to generate leads, including networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Sales Presentations and Demos- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Tailor pitches to address specific customer needs and pain points.
- Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals effectively. Ensure all necessary paperwork and agreements are completed.
- Market Research- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback. Gather insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaboration with Team- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales efforts. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input.
- Sales Reporting- Track and report on sales activities, leads, and conversions. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Customer Follow-Up- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Address any issues or concerns that arise post-sale.
- Continuous Learning and Development- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Participate in training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Adapting to Change- Be flexible and ready to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a startup. Contribute ideas for improving sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
● 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on lending or financial services.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
● Strong understanding of the lending industry, including digital lending, loan products, and financial regulations.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
● Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
