Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Picker and Packer to join our team in Mumbai on a full-time basis. This position is open to freshers, requiring no prior work experience. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring efficient operations within our warehouse.

Qualifications and Skills

• Picker and Packer (Mandatory skill)
• Basic knowledge of inventory management to track and manage stock levels effectively
• Experience in order fulfillment, focusing on accurate packing and timely shipping
• Understanding of supply chain optimization for efficient movement of goods
• Competence in warehouse operations, including storage organization and maintenance
• Logistics coordination skills to ensure smooth transport and delivery of goods
• Vendor management abilities to maintain productive relationships with suppliers
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and packing products

Roles and Responsibilities

• Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently according to the order specifications
• Ensure that inventory levels are updated and recorded correctly
• Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist in the optimization of the warehouse layout for better space management
• Work collaboratively with the logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery of orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Coordinate with vendors for the timely supply of necessary materials and goods
