We are seeking a diligent and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in various locations in Delhi, including Central Delhi, North East Delhi, South Delhi, Bawana, Nangloi Jat, and Karol Bagh. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of work experience in payroll processing and compliance.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in payroll processing for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years
  • Strong understanding of tax compliance regulations and benefit administration procedures
  • Proficiency in accounting principles and methods
  • Skilled in data analysis with the ability to handle large sets of data accurately
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate payroll calculations and compliance
  • Effective time management skills to meet payroll deadlines consistently
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively
  • Familiarity with payroll software and tools for efficient processing


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Processing payroll for employees accurately and timely on a regular schedule
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and requirements
  • Administering employee benefits and ensuring appropriate deductions are made
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and preparing reports as required
  • Addressing and resolving any payroll-related issues or discrepancies
  • Collaborating with HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations
  • Conducting regular audits of payroll procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Providing exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries
