• Profile- Operators
• Min Experience: 3 Years and above in machine operating, preferably from Injection molding/ plastic/ flexible packaging
• Electrical knowledge is required as a person will work on machines for operations.
• Education: 10th/ 12th/ ITI/ Diploma
• Max. Salary to offer: Upto 40k/month
• 10-12 hours of shift will be there, and during the interview, the same will be confirmed to the candidate

• Experience in efficiency improvement, focusing on enhancing production rates without sacrificing quality.
• Knowledge of inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and flow of materials.
• Expertise in process optimization to streamline operations and increase manufacturing effectiveness.
• Understanding of supply chain management to effectively coordinate and integrate supply chain processes.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve operational speed.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis to identify and solve production issues promptly and effectively.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, always aiming to enhance processes and productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery while adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform quality checks and rectify any identified issues in the manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with the quality team to ensure that the production meets all regulatory and company standards.
• Facilitate the smooth flow of inventory, ensuring timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to manage production schedules and logistics.
• Engage in continuous training and development to maintain high proficiency in all production aspects.
• Contribute to the identification and analysis of product defects to prevent recurrence.
