Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Non IT Field Recruiter to join our team at Flexzo HR Services Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Mumbai, Pune Division, Thane, and Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent recruitment skills and a knack for sourcing and blue collar hiring.



(Important Note: This is a field job role where we need a Male candidate who can fulfill client requirements, onboard clients, and also has a bike and license. The candidate should be based in Mumbai and have their own team of Field Recruiters capable of handling blue-collar hirings.)


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on non-IT fields.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and blue collar hiring (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong networking abilities to build a pipeline of potential blue collar candidates.
  • Must have a bike and license, work on the field, and complete client hiring.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage client onboarding processes and ensure a seamless transition.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recruit Blue-Collar Workers: Find and hire candidates for blue-collar positions, such as manual labor and skilled trades.
  • Conduct Interviews: Interview candidates to assess their skills and suitability for the job.
  • Manage Hiring Process: Oversee the entire hiring process from sourcing candidates to finalizing hires.
  • Build Talent Pipeline: Create and maintain a list of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with Clients: Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure they are met.
  • Provide Updates: Regularly update management on recruitment progress and any challenges faced.


Requirements:

  • Experience in Blue-Collar Recruitment: Proven experience in recruiting blue-collar workers.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Good at managing multiple tasks and keeping track of hiring processes.
  • Field Work Capability: Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.
  • Team Management: Ability to lead and manage a team of field recruiters and Individual work.
