Job Title: Maintenance Officer - Injection Molding 

Number of Positions: 4 

Location: Dungri Faliya, Dungra, Vapi, Valsad, Gujarat.  

Reports To: Maintenance Manager 

Salary- 4LPA to 6LPA

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintenance and Repairs: 

Perform regular preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. 

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues. 

Document all maintenance activities and repairs in the maintenance management system. 

• Equipment Setup: 

Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for production runs. 

Ensure equipment is properly configured for safety and efficiency. 

• Safety Compliance: 

Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure the safe operation of machinery. 

Conduct safety audits and participate in safety training programs. 

• Collaboration: 

Work closely with production staff to address equipment-related issues and support production goals. 

Provide technical support during production changes and new product launches. 

• Inventory Management: 

Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies necessary for repairs and 

maintenance. 

Order parts as needed and ensure proper stock levels. 

• Continuous Improvement: 

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives that 

enhance equipment performance and reliability. 

Participate in root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures. 

Qualifications: 

∙High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. (Diploma – 

Electrical) 1 selective candidate out of 4 positions is a must, remaining 3 may come from 

the same experience of handling injection molding but from a fitter cadre will be 

considered.   

∙1.6+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in an injection molding ONLY 

∙Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment. 

∙Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. 

∙Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

∙Strong communication skills. 

Physical Requirements: 

∙Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a manufacturing environment. 

∙Willingness to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
