Min Experience: 3 Years and above in machine operating, preferably from Injection molding/ plastic/ flexible packaging

Electrical knowledge is required as a person will work on machines for operations.

Education: 10th/ 12th/ ITI/ Diploma

Max. Salary to offer: Upto 40k/month

10-12 hours of shift will be there, and during the interview, the same will be confirmed to the candidate

Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Operation:

• Set up and operate injection molding machines according to specifications and production schedules.
• Adjust machine settings, such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time, to ensure optimal performance.

Quality Control:

• Monitor the production process to ensure that products meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of molded parts for defects and inconsistencies.
• Make necessary adjustments to machinery based on quality assessments.

Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine malfunctions or issues that arise during production.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced, machine downtime, and maintenance activities.
• Complete necessary paperwork for production batches and quality control logs.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations regarding waste disposal and material handling.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members, including supervisors and quality control personnel, to optimize production efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of injection molding processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or machinery preferred.
• Previous experience in injection molding or similar manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and machine manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Skills:

• Proficiency in operating injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, which may involve exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
